The Challenger Sale continues to be a process by which our sales team is responding to help our advertising clients.
Our Challenge is to seek insight for our targeted accounts and provide to these potential advertisers as much information as we can into the media usage and the ways they can influence the rural lifestyler and large landowner that our affiliated Radio stations reach every day. If we can provide detail action steps to help them in their pursuit of these listeners, the more successful they will be and the better off our business will be as a result.
We succeed only when they do.
Our objective is to transform our sales force from a product/service selling team to the next level. We need to tailor our presentations to each specific client and provide insight into how we can impact their bottom lines with our effective targeted medium. The each need targeted solutions. We need to use our knowledge of our listener to help them communicate their message.
Our goal is to have our client’s look at their businesses in a new light and then motivate them to use our services to make a positive impact on their businesses.
I think that should be the goal of every selling organization. But first I must lead by example.
